Balancing Act: Manage Your Weight on Vacation

It is easier to maintain your diet while you are at home and have a routine. Most people say that when they travel their diet starts off fairly decent and then it turns into a total disaster, where you lose all control. When you vacation you feel as though you should be able to “live it up,” since you are with friends, have lack of time or desire to exercise and can justify indulging on high caloric meals. They don’t call it a vacation for nothing, but sometimes, this sense of freedom has a price – your waistline!
