New Client Group
Welcome to our group for new clients. You’ve tried it all, with varying degrees of success, but the weight always seems to return. You know a lot about what you “should do,” but have trouble sticking with it when life throws you a curve ball. This intimate (caps at 10 attendees) 6 week course is designed for women who have at least 40 pounds to lose, and want to find a path towards sustained weight loss.
In this group, we will discuss the latest science regarding weight loss, so you can avoid fads that won’t serve you in the long run. Our main focus will be on science, skills and strategies to help you lose weight and keep it off. While medication is not prescribed in the context of a group, it will be discussed in detail, so you can make an informed decision about whether weight loss medication is right for you.
We meet the weekly on Tuesdays, via Zoom, at 5 PM. There will be 6 sessions: September 29th, October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th and November 4th. (Please note that the last group session will be held on WEDNESDAY, November 4th, instead of Tuesday the 3rd, due to the election).) $595 for the 6 meetings.

Mixed Level Group
This small group (caps at 5 attendees) is for Dr. Oldson’s experienced weight loss clients who are ready for a deep dive into the psychology of weight loss and maintenance. We also welcome back those who worked with Dr. Oldson previously, and are looking to return to the fold with this supportive and more affordable format.
If you want to learn from others, share what works for you, offer support, and keep up your enthusiasm for lifelong weight management, this is the group for you. Everyone is welcome, whether you have another 80 pounds to lose or you’re in maintenance.
We meet the second Monday of each month, via Zoom, at 7 PM. There will be 4 monthly sessions: September 14th, October 12th, November 9th, and December 14th. $395 for the 4 meetings.

This intimate group (caps 3 – 5 attendees) is for women with at least 30 pounds to lose, who are looking to get healthier in anticipation of pregnancy.
In this group, we will briefly discuss the data on how a woman’s weight impacts fertility, pregnancy, and outcomes for your baby. Our focus will be on the positive, discussing skills and strategies to lose weight and make your body as healthy as it can be.
We meet biweekly on Saturdays, via Zoom, at 10 AM. There will be 6 sessions: September 26, October 10th & 24th, November 7th & 21st, and December 5th. $595 for the 6 meetings.

I promised to wait until I hit a weight loss of 50 pounds before writing my review. When I started with Dr. Oldson, I didn’t even know that was a possibility.
