In our (female & female identifying) webinar classes and small group sessions, we discuss the latest science regarding weight loss.

We focus on science, skills and strategies to help you lose weight and keep it off. We dig deep to identify overeating triggers and the link between our stress levels, our relationships, our emotions and our weight.

While nutrition, movement, mindset, and HABIT CHANGE are key tools in our toolbox, medication and weight loss surgery are other modalities we may discuss. (Medication is not prescribed through the online coaching program, only through the 1:1 concierge program.) Sleep and stress are two other pillars of weight loss that are often underestimated…We can help with that too!

Our approach is always collaborative, inclusive and respectful.

In our group programs, we HELP THE HELPERS transform their approach to weight loss, so they can let go of diet culture, and discover that the journey can be joyful.

The Science Of Weight Loss Course, our 12 lesson course designed for women want to find a path away from emotional eating and towards healthy, sustainable weight loss. Most of our clients know what they “should do,” and have “tried it all,” with varying degrees of success…Yet the weight always seems to return. Our main focus is on science, psychology, mindset, habit change, skills & strategies to help you lose weight and keep it off, once and for all.

In addition to The Science of Weight Loss, our group program gives you access to The Weight Loss Academy Learning Modules, Push Past Your Weight Loss Plateau, and other fantastic, on demand courses.
